Details/Summary:
A minor child disclosed Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) by the alleged defendant while living with him. She disclosed Mr. Stahl being armed with a small knife. Detective John Chambers, a detective from the FWPD Crimes Against Persons Section (CAPS), was assigned as the lead investigator. A search warrant was executed at the defendants residence and a small knife was confiscated. Detective Chambers ultimately submitted his case. Charges were filed leading to an arrest warrant for Mr. Stahl. He was taken into custody by the Allen County Sheriff’s Department-Warrants Division yesterday at his residence. Detective Chambers was also assisted by the Dr. Bill Lewis Center For Children, Indiana Department of Child Services-Allen County, and FWPD Victim Assistance.
