On March 13,2024, at 1927 hours, the FWPD received a report of a two-vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of St Marys Avenue and Putnam Street.

Details/Summary:
On March 13th,2024 at approximately 7:27pm, FWPD received a report of a 2-vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of St Marys Ave and Putnam St. After the initial collision, between a small pickup truck and sedan at the intersection, the small pickup truck left the roadway and struck a light pole just south of the intersection. The driver of the pickup truck was taken to a local hospital, where the injuries were determined to be life-threatening. No injuries were sustained by the driver of the sedan. It does appear that alcohol and speed were factors in the crash. The crash remains under investigation by the FWPD FACT team.
