Drug Raid, 2500 block of Winch Street

SUSPECT #1: Antione A. Burnett, M/B, age 35 (A.K.A. Antoine A. Burnett)
CHARGES:
- Dealing Cocaine or Narcotic Drug-Fentanyl (Level 5 Felony) Bond: $62,500
- Possession of a Handgun Without a License (Level 5 Felony)
- Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug-Oxycodone (Level 6 Felony)
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony)
- Possession of Marijuana (Level 6 Felony)

BRIEF SUMMARY OF INCIDENT and/or ARREST:
On Monday, December 14, 2015 members of the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice & Narcotics Unit, along with members of the FWPD Emergency Services Team served a search warrant at 2509 Winch Street. Detectives had received information that someone at this address had been dealing drugs, including heroin and marijuana, and obtained a search warrant to investigate further.
Upon serving the search warrant, detectives found an elaborate camera surveillance system, an AR-15 assault rifle, a .380 pistol, the drug Fentanyl, marijuana and packaging and materials consistent with dealing drugs. A traffic stop was conducted on the suspect, Antione A. Burnett, and he was found to be in possession of a Glock 27, .40 caliber pistol and a small amount of Oxycodone pills. Antione A. Burnett has a prior conviction for carrying a handgun without a license, making this charge a level 5 felony. Antione A. Burnett was being held in the Allen County Lockup on a $62,500 bond.
