News release from the Fort Wayne Community Schools:
Let’s Talk! Expands to Schools
(February 18, 2015) – Three months after launching Let’s Talk! for district departments, Fort Wayne Community Schools is adding schools to the online communication software.
Beginning Wednesday, Feb. 18, parents, community members, employees and others can go online and send a message to any FWCS department or school through the Let’s Talk! link on the FWCS homepage (www.fortwayneschools.org). The online communication system is designed to make it simple for people to engage with the district anytime, anywhere.
Let’s Talk! is designed and administered by independent technology and communications firm K12 Insight and provides a 24/7 outlet for every stakeholder to submit a comment, register a complaint or offer a word of praise. Let’s Talk! is accessible from any device.
When a submission is received, Let’s Talk! automatically routes it to the appropriate staff member for follow up. Users may remain anonymous or leave contact information to receive a personal response within three business days and usually sooner.
For more information about Let’s Talk! or to submit a dialogue, go to www.fortwayneschools.org.
