Board Approves Aqua Financial Analysis Contract
(July 17, 2013) – Attached is a fact sheet on the Board of Public Works contract approval with Umbaugh and Associates. The contract is an important, yet routine, step to gather additional information, validate financial information and eventually market and sell the bonds needed to purchase the Aqua water utility.
