Hayhurst announces tour
(July 30, 2010) – Democratic Congressional candidate Dr. Tom Hayhurst has announced new details of his Walk Across the District tour. Hayhurst will be going door-to-door to meet and talk with voters about the upcoming November election.
On Saturday, July 31, Hayhurst will be kicking off this weekend’s tour in Goshen at 11:00 AM. Hayhurst and his supporters will be meeting at the Electric Brew located at 136 South Main Street in downtown Goshen before the canvass.
At 3:00 PM, Hayhurst and supporters will meet at Warsaw High School. The Warsaw canvass will begin at 3:30 PM.
This weekend’s walk will conclude on Sunday, August 1 in Fort Wayne. Volunteers will meet at the Hayhurst Headquarters located at 1000 Airport North Office Park at 1:00 PM and will canvass the area until 4:00 PM.
