Photos of the Renaissance Square building.
This is the building the City is considering for purchase to move the City offices out of the City-County Building into this one.
A couple of questions come to mind upon examination of the exterior of the building. Â The building is really dirty and grimy looking. Â It is probably in need of a good power-washing, not mention window cleaning, as demonstrated by the above photos.
Some of the brick inlays on the sidewalks surrounding the building are in need of repairs.
The questions are, does the City pay for this? Â Has this been taken into consideration in the asking price? Â If the City will be expected to pay the costs of this, how much will they run?
The other obvious questions are, what does the interior of the building look like? Â What is the condition of the physical plant?
Just a few questions.
