The above video is from the Allen County Republican Party Caucus held this morning at South Side High School.  

Steve Shine was re-elected as the GOP Party Chairman.  He gave a fiery speech defending his chairmanship which was mainly directed at his chief opponent, Ric Runestad.

At the Allen County Democratic Party Headquarters, Mike Bynum was re-elected as the Democrat’s Chairman.
