On-Field Fitted Caps Highlight Newest Wave of TinCaps Gear
The Fort Wayne TinCaps received their second wave of team apparel this week, including some highly anticipated head gear. In addition to a wider selection of t-shirts and sweatshirts for children and adults, the TinCaps were excited to receive the team’s full line of New Era on-field baseball caps in time for the holidays. “We were crossing our fingers that the order would come so fans could get their fitted caps before Christmas,” said Assistant General Manager, Brian Schackow.
“We’ve seen record sales numbers this holiday season across the board.” said Schackow, who oversees the TinCaps merchandise efforts. “The team’s website orders have been steady since we released our apparel online three weeks ago. Our first three days at Glenbrook Square Mall last week far exceeded our expectations. With an even wider selection available for this final Christmas shopping weekend we are confident that demand for team apparel will continue to be strong.” Ticket packages and TinCaps gift certificates are also available for purchase.
Those interested in picking up a TinCaps fitted cap, and all other available apparel, in person can visit the team store at Glenbrook Square Mall in the Macy’s court this Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Fans can also swing by the TinCaps temporary administrative offices at Memorial Stadium this Friday and next Monday or Tuesday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Merchandise is also available at Box Score (online orders cannot be guaranteed for shipment in time for Christmas).
