Another humorous observation.
Driving down Jefferson Boulevard tonight along the Harrison Square construction, I had plenty of time to really look at the area. At the corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Webster Street is a sign:
Looking further down Jefferson, it looks like the far right lane is closed in front of the new Subway and strikes you that this must be what it is referring to. However, the next intersection – Harrison Street – appears another sign in front of the Grand Wayne Center:
