Allen County Sheriff’s Department news release regarding the postponement of the mortgage foreclosure sales:<\/p>\n

Mortgage Foreclosure Sales proposed<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Fort Wayne, Indiana (November 20, 2020) – Pursuant to the Order of the Allen Superior Court we are staying all Sheriff Sales until further notice. Upon Order of the Court lifting the stay, we will reissue new sale dates.<\/p>\n

All sales that have been set have only been postponed and not cancelled under this order.<\/p>\n

If your firm chooses to cancel a foreclosure you will be required to pay the sheriff fee and cancellation fee.<\/p>\n

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but we must think of the safety of ourselves and our community.<\/p>\n
