On Sunday, 08\/16\/2020, at approximately 2:52 AM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department responded to 4030 Coldwater Road, Club 44, reference gunshots being fired in the parking lot. Officers arrived on scene and were told a disturbance inside the club led to gunshots being fired in the parking lot. <\/p>\n

At approximately 2:58 AM, dispatch received a call from the staff at Parkview Hospital on Randallia Drive. They reported a shooting victim just arrived at their Emergency Room via private conveyance. The victim told responding officers the shooting occurred at Club 44. The male\/adult victim was transferred to another local hospital for treatment reference life-threatening injuries. <\/p>\n

At approximately 3:04 AM, dispatch received a call from the staff at St. Joseph Hospital on Broadway. They reported a shooting victim just arrived at their Emergency Room via private conveyance. The victim told responding officers the shooting occurred at Club 44. The male\/adult victim was transferred to another local hospital for treatment. The physician has yet to disclose the victim\u2019s current medical condition. <\/p>\n

Detectives and Crime Scene Technicians are currently on scene at Club 44. They are interviewing several witnesses and reviewing surveillance video. Anyone with information is asked to call the Fort Wayne Police Department at (260) 427-1222 or Crime Stoppers at (260) 436-7867. This incident remains under investigation by the City of Fort Wayne Police Department and the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
