CKF works to improve access to healthcare through community-based outreach and enrollment assistance in state and federally sponsored health coverage programs. This grant is being matched with $7,500 in funds from Covering Kids and Families of Indiana for a total of $12,500 in support for enrollment, outreach, and health literacy activities.<\/p>\n<p>Brightpoint knows that finding and applying for health coverage can be difficult. Covering Kids and Families of Brightpoint has certified healthcare Navigators who help consumers review their options and guide them through the enrollment process. This grant from the St Joseph Community Health Foundation will help Brightpoint assist the individuals and families in applying for and maintaining health insurance coverage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Brightpoint<\/strong><br \/>\nBrightpoint is a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving more than 43,000 people across northeast Indiana.
