In northwest Ohio, Allen OH, Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert, and Williams.<\/p>\n<p>* Until midnight EDT tonight<\/p>\n<p>* River flooding will continue along with areal flooding, especially in low lying places. Flood prone locations, such as creeks, low spots, and poor drainage areas may be impacted.<\/p>\n<p>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on current forecasts.<\/p>\n<p>You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
