Allen County Treasurer news release:<\/p>\n

Property Tax Bills are due Monday, May 11, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

(May 7, 2020) – Allen County Treasurer William Royce wants to remind everyone that property tax bills are due Monday, May 11, 2020. While the due date has not been changed, Governor Holcomb did issue a 60-day waiver on penalty for delinquent tax payments. This means that taxpayers can delay payment of their property taxes up to July 10 without paying a penalty. This waiver does not apply to mortgage companies or banks that process escrow payments. <\/p>\n

Tax bills were mailed April 9th. If you did not receive your bill, you can print one online by visiting the Treasurers\u2019 website or by contacting the Treasurer\u2019s office. <\/p>\n

Due to concerns about the spread of Covid 19, Rousseau Centre and the Treasurer\u2019s office remain closed to the public. The various payment options available are listed on the back of the tax bill or on the Treasurer\u2019s website and to answer many who ask, the Treasurer does accept Money Orders.<\/p>\n
