{"id":788,"date":"2008-07-02T04:44:35","date_gmt":"2008-07-02T08:44:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aroundfortwayne.com\/news\/?p=788"},"modified":"2008-07-02T04:44:35","modified_gmt":"2008-07-02T08:44:35","slug":"hs-retrospect-may-21-2007","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aroundfortwayne.com\/news\/2008\/07\/02\/hs-retrospect-may-21-2007\/","title":{"rendered":"HS Retrospect: May 21, 2007"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Standing in the Ballpark on the Concourse level yesterday, I thought back to what had been there just last year.\u00c2\u00a0 There was a strip of commercial entities, residences, a school -\u00c2\u00a0but what struck you most about the area was the amount of surface parking lots in the area.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As with most\u00c2\u00a0things, let me best\u00c2\u00a0demonstrate my point by using the magic of digital photography to remind us of what the area looked like October 7, 2006 and then on May 21, 2007.\u00c2\u00a0 October 7, 2006 is significant only because this was a little over two months before the public announcement of the Harrison Square development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a title=\"The Harrison Square area, as seen from the Lincoln Tower Observation Deck.
