The lane restriction will end after 6 p.m. Wednesday, weather permitting.<\/p>\n<p>The curb replacement will complete E&amp;B Paving&#8217;s repair in the 2200 block of Spy Run Avenue following the discovery of sagging pavement on Sept. 21.
