The cooler temperatures and the lack of rain helped speed the process of reopening the street that carries 28,000 vehicles daily.<\/p>\n<p>The City and the Indiana Department of Transportation closed Spy Run between Elizabeth Street and State Boulevard Monday night when sagging pavement was discovered. City Utilities inspected the water main and storm sewer in that area and found no problems with the lines.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, the west curb lane in this area will be reconstructed and could result in lane restrictions.
