\nthis morning to 8 AM EDT \/7 AM CDT\/ Thursday.<\/p>\n
\n indices of 100 to 105 degrees. Heat indices will remain in the
\n middle to upper 70s tonight providing little relief overnight.
\n Winds are also expected to be light today and tonight limiting
\n any cooling effect. Those attending outdoor activities this
\n evening will still be at risk of heat exhaustion.<\/p>\n
\n the elderly,those with preexisting health conditions and
\n pets. Little in the way of beneficial cooling will occur
\n overnight in homes without air conditioning.<\/p>\n
