Wayne affecting Allen and Paulding Counties<\/li>\n<li>Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier affecting Williams County<\/li>\n<li>Saint Joseph River Ohio above Newville affecting Allen&#8230;De Kalb and Defiance Counties<\/li>\n<li>Saint Joseph River Ohio near St. Joe River Ft. Wayne affecting Allen County<\/li>\n<li>Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Adams&#8230;Allen and Van Wert Counties<\/li>\n<li>Tiffin River near Stryker affecting Defiance&#8230;Fulton and Williams Counties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230;The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eel River at North Manchester affecting Cass&#8230;Kosciusko&#8230;Miami&#8230;Wabash and Whitley Counties<\/li>\n<li>Kankakee River at Davis affecting La Porte&#8230;St. Joseph and Starke Counties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.Heavy rain will lead to rises along the rivers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Never drive vehicles through flooded areas. The water may be too deep to allow safe passage. Never allow children to play in or near flood waters. Wayne from Friday morning until further notice:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>At 10 PM Wednesday the stage was 8.9 feet and falling.<\/li>\n<li>Moderate flooding is forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Flood stage is 17.0 feet.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast&#8230;The river will rise above flood stage Friday morning and crest near 20.7 feet around  8 PM Saturday May 6. Additional rises are possible thereafter.<\/li>\n<li>At 21.0 feet&#8230;An increasing number of city streets begin to flood. Wayne from late Thursday night until further notice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At 10 PM Wednesday the stage was 5.8 feet and falling.<\/li>\n<li>Minor flooding is forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Flood stage is 12.0 feet.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast&#8230;The river will rise above flood stage early Friday morning and crest near 14.9 feet around  2 AM Saturday May  6. Additional rises are possible thereafter.<\/li>\n<li>At 15.0 feet&#8230;Flooding of lowland and farmland near the river increases.<\/li>\n<li>This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.5 feet which occurred on May 27 2011.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LAT&#8230;LON 4118 8507 4118 8506 4118 8505 4117 8505 4117 8506<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>St. Marys River<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nINC001-003-OHC161-050238-<br \/>\n\/O.EXT.KIWX.FL.W.0048.170505T1702Z-170509T1400Z\/<br \/>\n\/DCRI3.2.ER.170505T1702Z.170506T1800Z.170508T1400Z.NO\/<br \/>\n1039 PM EDT Wed May 3 2017<\/p>\n<p>The Flood Warning has been extended for the Saint Marys River near Decatur from Friday afternoon to Tuesday morning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At 10 PM Wednesday the stage was 9.0 feet and falling.<\/li>\n<li>Moderate flooding is forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Flood stage is 17.0 feet.<\/li>\n<li>Forecast&#8230;The river will rise above flood stage Friday afternoon and crest near 20.1 feet around  2 PM Saturday May  6 and fall below flood stage around 10 AM Monday May 8.<\/li>\n<li>At 20.5 feet&#8230;Indiana 101 north of Pleasant Mills is closed by flood water. Extensive agricultural flooding is in progress.
