In southwest Michigan, Berrien, Branch, Cass MI, Hillsdale, and St. Joseph MI. In northwest Ohio, Allen OH, Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert, and Williams.<\/p>\n * From 2 AM EDT \/1 AM CDT\/ Thursday through Friday evening<\/p>\n * Heavy rainfall is expected to develop over the area late tonight and persist through Friday morning.
