The Redevelopment Commission owns property at the northwest corner of Main and Harrison streets, adjacent to Randall Lofts and The Landing, and just blocks from the first phase of Riverfront Fort hope to get the property back on the tax rolls and contribute to the growth and excitement in downtown Fort Wayne.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to Townsend, as downtown Fort Wayne continues to thrive, more developers and businesses are expressing interest in properties within the heart of the community. This offering of a key downtown location is expected to generate increased interest and encourage innovative proposals from the private sector.
