Location<\/strong>: 2920 Goshen Road; Roadway Inn<\/p>\n

Victim<\/strong>: Adult Male\/ Critical Condition <\/p>\n

Details<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 8:01 PM, the Fort Wayne Police Department received a report of a person shot in the parking lot of the Rodeway Inn at 2920 Goshen Road. Officers arrived and found an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The male was originally determined to be in serious condition, but was taken to a local hospital where he was downgraded to critical condition. <\/p>\n

At this time, the only information available is that someone heard gunshots, looked outside, and saw a male on the ground. Detectives are searching for anyone who may have witnessed the actual shooting. Crime scene technicians are searching for and collecting evidence. There is no suspect or motive information available, and it is unknown if this shooting is related to any others. <\/p>\n

Anyone with any information is asked to contact police. This shooting remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department and the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
