Downtown Fort Wayne + 11 Amazing Performances = Fun for Everyone!<\/strong><\/p>\n

(May 26, 2016) – BuskerFest returns on Saturday, June 25, from 4:00pm – 10:00pm – Downtown’s celebration of the street performer, the 7th Annual BuskerFest will feature fantastic local, regional and international acts, a family-friendly atmosphere and free admission all combining into an experience unlike any other!<\/p>\n

Buskers are the highlight of BuskerFest. Performers from T.A.G. Art, Joy Unspeakable and others are scheduled throughout the event with random and unplanned performances giving the audience a glimpse into the originality, novelty and creativity from around the region. Look for living statues, chalk artists, aerialists, fire dancers, caricature artists, magicians, jugglers, mimes, painters, musicians, balloon artists and more. The Downtown Improvement District encourages patrons to tip buskers for their efforts. Be sure to visit the Art Market on Calhoun for unique creations crafted by great local artists.<\/p>\n

New This Year<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

We are pleased to announce that, for the first time, BuskerFest 2016 will feature a Jumbo-tron to increase viewing opportunities for attendees. The 8′ X 25′ elevated screen will showcase performances at both the “Busker Central Pitch” and “Loud & Local Pitch” to ensure attendees never miss a beat.<\/p>\n
