At the peak, approximately 17,000 customers were without power. As of this update, 85% of customers have been restored and we are working to restore service to around 2,800 customers in the following counties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Allen (400)<\/li>\n<li>Blackford (200)<\/li>\n<li>Delaware (2,000)<\/li>\n<li>Madison (200)<\/li>\n<li>Randolph (&lt;100)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estimated 100 percent Service Restoration Times are as follows (many customers will be restored sooner as crews continue their work):<\/p>\n<p>Counties of Allen, Randolph and Blackford are expected to be fully restored by midnight tonight<br \/>\nDelaware and Madison are expected to be fully restored by 4\/4\/2016 at midnight<br \/>\nJay and LaPorte, and St Joseph counties are restored.<\/p>\n<p>High winds caused extensive damage to poles and other equipment. Our crews are working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.<\/p>\n<p>We appreciate the patience of all of our customers as we work to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
