Fort Wayne Sport Club to host monthly Winter Spiel Nacht<\/strong>
\nGerman Game Night Includes Corn Hole and Euchre Tournaments<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

(February 10, 2016) – Winter Spiel Nacht will be held in Fort Wayne on Saturday, February 20th, doors will open at 5:00 p.m. with the draw for partners at 6:00 p.m. and play beginning at 6:30 p.m. Fort Wayne Sport Club, located at 3102 Ardmore Ave in Fort Wayne, will host the event.<\/p>\n

Are you ready for some indoor sports and libations? Come out to the Fort Wayne Sport Club for our Winter Spiel Nacht (game night) celebration and get involved in the Corn Hole and Euchre tournaments. If you plane to come on out on your own, we’ll match you up with other fun members of the Sport Club. All teams will be put together with a blind draw.<\/p>\n

There will also be a winter beer tasting. Come on out and sample a few craft beers. You may find a new favorite. There will also be drink specials and a good time for all<\/p>\n

Come join in on the fun and enjoy another brats, hot dogs and snacks. The cost is $15 for an entry fee.<\/p>\n

Great draft beers are also available at the Fort Wayne Sport Club bar including K\u00c3\u00b6stritzer, Stella Artois, Guinness, Kilkenny, Budweiser and Bud Light. Many fine bottled beers are also available at the full- service bar.<\/p>\n

About the Fort Wayne Sport Club<\/strong>
\nThe Fort Wayne Sport Club was founded in 1927 by an active group of soccer players who immigrated to the Fort Wayne area from Germany in the aftermath of World War I. Their immediate goal was \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcthe promotion of football (soccer) and German culture’ in the Northeast Indiana area. Today, the Fort Wayne Sport Club is a hub of soccer activity, with programs for recreational and competitive soccer players from age 4-years to 30-and-over. “We are extremely proud of our long history and heritage of encouraging participation in soccer at all levels throughout the area,” stated Dan Kruse, President of Fort Wayne Sport Club. The Fort Wayne Sport Club is a member of Indiana Soccer, which is the state-wide representative of US Youth Soccer, US Adult Soccer and US Soccer. Since 1992, 61 people have been inducted into the Indiana Soccer Hall of Fame. Seven of those 61 are Fort Wayne Sport Club members, the most from any club in the state.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
