Death Investigation, 300 block of Kinnaird Avenue<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>: 300 block of Kinnaird Avenue<\/p>\n

Victim<\/strong>: Adult Male, Deceased<\/p>\n

Details<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

On November 11, 2015, at approximately 12:27am, City of Fort Wayne Police Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the alley in the 300 block of Kinnaird Ave. Officers arrived and located an adult male in the drivers seat who was unconscious. Medics arrived and pronounced the male deceased.<\/p>\n

Preliminary information is that a neighbor noticed the vehicle parked in the alley, and after not seeing the vehicle move for a short while, the neighbor called to report the vehicle as being suspicious. The adult male was in the driver’s seat and was the only person on scene when police arrived.<\/p>\n

At this time, detectives are unsure if the male was shot, stabbed, or what happened to him. There were no calls to police reporting gunshots, disturbances, or anything else. <\/p>\n

Detectives are searching for and speaking with anyone who may have witnessed anything. Crime Scene technicians are searching for, processing, and collecting any evidence. Anyone who may have any information at all is asked to contact police. <\/p>\n

The name, and cause and manner of death to the deceased will be released by the Allen County Coroner’s Office.<\/p>\n

This incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, Allen County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Allen County Coroner’s office.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
