(November 2, 2015) – At approximately 4:13 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2015, a request was received by the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office to conduct a formal investigation with regard to the activities alleged in the Fort Wayne City Clerk’s Office, involving Sandy Kennedy, Angela Davis, and Patricia Stalhut. <\/p>\n
Please be advised that on this date, the allegations were forwarded to the Indiana State Police for investigation. Due to the fact that this investigation is pending, we are unable to comment any further on this matter.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
