Preliminary findings and witness accounts suggest that the scooter was heading south on Bluffton Road and at the intersection with Wawonaissa Trail a sport utility vehicle, which was facing north on Bluffton, turned left into the path of the scooter.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the SUV did not suffer any injuries in the crash and was cooperating fully with investigators. The victim was an adult male, his name, cause and manner of death will be released by the Allen County Coroners office.
