THIS AMOUNT OF RAINFALL&#8230;ONTO ALREADY VERY WET GROUND&#8230;WILL LIKELY CREATE SUFFICIENT RUNOFF FOR FLOODING OF ROADWAYS&#8230;SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS&#8230;BASEMENTS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS.<\/p>\n<p>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON CURRENT FORECASTS.<\/p>\n<p>YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE FLOOD WARNINGS.
