RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED. THE POTENTIAL FOR LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN ON SATURATED SOILS WITH RIVER AND RESERVOIR LEVELS STILL RUNNING HIGH COULD LEAD TO RAPID RUNOFF AND FLASH FLOODING&#8230;PARTICULARLY IN LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.<\/p>\n<p>* PEOPLE LIVING NEAR STREAMS&#8230;RIVERS&#8230;AND IN URBAN AREAS ARE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODING.<\/p>\n<p>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.
