Credit Union Robbery Attempt Investigation<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Date<\/strong>: Wednesday, June 17, 2015<\/p>\n

Time<\/strong>: 10:10 a.m.<\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>: 1802 Inwood Drive, Fire\/Police Federal Credit Union<\/p>\n

Details<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Officers were dispatched to the Fire\/Police Federal Credit Union located at 1802 Inwood Drive on the reported robbery at approximately 10:10 a.m. this morning.<\/p>\n

On arrival officers were told by employees that 2-males entered the credit union both wearing dark clothing, masks and gloves concealing their identity, at least one of the subjects was armed with a handgun. They demanded cash but were unsuccessful in their attempt and were last seen running out of the front door of the credit union.<\/p>\n

No customers were in the credit during the robbery attempt and no injuries were reported.<\/p>\n

This incident remains under investigation by the Northeast Indiana Bank Robbery Task Force, and the Allen County Prosecutor’s office.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
