\"City<\/p>\n

The Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission meets tomorrow at 4:00 pm in the Omni Room in the City-County Building. \u00c2\u00a0The agenda may be downloaded here.<\/p>\n

With the exception of one resolution, this will be a Harrison Square meeting. \u00c2\u00a0The one exception will be the approval of the collection of Tax Increment (TIF) for 2009 payable in the 2010 tax year from various tax allocation areas in the City of Fort Wayne.<\/p>\n

There are a couple of Harrison Square-related expenses to be approved as well as approval of the Parkview Field Naming Rights Agreement, which I thought had already been approved, and a fourth amendment to the Hotel Development Agreement with White Lodging Services.<\/p>\n

Last, but certainly not least, will be a presentation by Redevelopment Executive Director Greg Leatherman on the finances of Harrison Square which will include a final wrap up of the Parkview Field construction costs. \u00c2\u00a0Should be an interesting meeting.<\/p>\n
