Fiscal Year 2016-2019 Transportation Improvement Program<\/p>\n

\nCitizens Square – Omni Room (Room #045)<\/p>\n(March 19, 2015) – The Northeastern Indiana Regional Coordinating Council (NIRCC) would like to invite all citizens to attend an open house to review the Draft Fiscal Year 2016-2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). This public notice, and time established for public review and comment on the Transportation Improvement Program, satisfies the program-of-projects notice requirements of the Federal Transit Administration Urbanized Area Formula Programs (Section 5307 and 5310) for the Fort Wayne Public Transportation Corporation\/Citilink.<\/p>\n
The Draft Fiscal Year 2016-2019 TIP includes transit, highway, pedestrian and bicycle projects funded with federal funds in Allen County during the next four years. Staff will be present to answer questions and take any comments. We encourage you to attend. <\/p>\n
If you are unable to attend and wish to review the Draft Fiscal Year 2016-2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) projects, you may visit our office where material will be available for review. You may also view the materials on our website (NIRCC.com). <\/p>\n
You may send comments by mail or e-mail to the locations listed below. The intent of the comment period and the open house is to solicit input and comments from the public regarding the document. NIRCC will accept comments March 18, 2015 through April 3, 2015. With advance notice NIRCC can make accommodations for persons with disabilities and persons requiring auxiliary aids for the hearing and visually impaired. In addition, accommodations for Limited English Proficiency (LEP) persons such as language translation services\/interpreters can be made, with advance notice. Please contact the NIRCC Office at (260) 449-7309 by Friday, March 27, 2015 should accommodations be needed. <\/p>\n
