Customers enrolled in I&amp;M ON THE GO &#8211; Mobile Alerts will receive a notification when an outage has been reported in their area and will continue to get immediate updates as I&amp;M crews determine the outage cause and predict when power is expected to be restored.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We live in an era where information is readily available at our fingertips; information related to the electricity that powers our homes and businesses is no exception. At Indiana Michigan Power, we are committed to being your energy partner.
