The Board of Zoning Appeal met tonight. One of the matters before the BZA was the Charis House issue. The Board was to decide whether or not to overturn an earlier ruling by a Hearing Officer allowing a residential project to be built in an IN2 zone.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The BZA ruled in favor of allowing the earlier determination to stand. The matter will now be back before the Plan Commission for final approval on the site development plan in their June meeting.<\/p>\n
