Christopher Guerin, Redevelopment Commission President, just announced that the Executive Session was held and options were discussed concerning Barry Real Estate’s non-performance in building The Harrison.<\/p>\n

John Wernet, Redevelopment Commission Attorney stated that the Commission will be sending a notice to BRE of the breech in their agreement. \u00c2\u00a0The Redevelopment Commission will then wait for a response before proceeding. \u00c2\u00a0Nothing about possible further action was stated.<\/p>\n
