With over 25 spooktacular activities for people to enjoy throughout the day and evening, Fright Night is a family-friendly event with something for everyone!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Download the 2014 Fright Night map<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Events begin at 10:00am with &#8220;Not so Frightening Fun&#8221; (craft making) at ACPL Children&#8217;s Services, the &#8220;Pumpkin Zone&#8221; at the Botanical Conservatory and &#8220;Cow Eye Dissections&#8221; at Science Central. Creep over to the parking lot at 431 W. Berry for another great Science Central event &#8220;Catapult Chaos&#8221; where zombie heads (pumpkins) will fly as teams compete in this annual event.<\/p>\n<p>Things really get bubbling in the afternoon with kid-friendly activities at the Community Center, including a &#8220;Halloween Haunt&#8221; with special performance by Fort Wayne Youtheatre and a trunk or treat &#8220;Car Show Spooktacular&#8221;. At the Allen County Public Library Plaza you can register for 3Rivers Federal Credit Union&#8217;s &#8220;iFright Prize Package Giveaway&#8221;, take part in the &#8220;Costume Contest&#8221; produced by Fort Wayne Museum of Art and enjoy live performances, activities and &#8220;Zombie Machine&#8221; face painting by TAG Art in preparation for the infamous &#8220;Zombie Walk&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Join the ranks of the undead as the &#8220;Zombie Walk&#8221; parades along Wayne, Harrison, Columbia and Calhoun streets. The parade will be less than a mile long and rivals some of the largest zombie walks in the country, with thousands of costumed zombies taking to the streets!<\/p>\n<p>It just wouldn&#8217;t be Fright Night without getting locked in the History Center&#8217;s &#8220;Old Jail&#8221; or the Embassy Theatre&#8217;s annual &#8220;Spooky Stories&#8221;, this year they will be showing three Halloween features on the big Screen.<\/p>\n<p>Activities for all ages abound with live music and a scavenger hunt at Parkview Field, a bonfire at the Courtyard by Marriott and the special Halloween performance &#8220;Pandora&#8217;s Box&#8221; at Fort Wayne Dance Collective. Get spooked with Arch&#8217;s &#8220;Haunted Site Bus Tours&#8221; and kick up your bones at the Grand Wayne&#8217;s &#8220;Ghostly Gala&#8221; or Cinema Center &#8220;Braineater&#8217;s Ball&#8221;.
