Dr. Gladd, MD, of GladdMD Integrative Medicine, will be the keynote speaker.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of Awaken Health is to inspire people to believe they can have good health and provide them with actions they can take to achieve that. To that end, participants are invited to start the day off at 8 am, with an optional full hour yoga class. Also included in the registration fee is healthy food served throughout the day, including breakfast by Beet Street Juicery and Shaklee, and lunch provided by The Phoenix.
