That&#8217;s why Friday, August 29 will be Fan Appreciation Night at Parkview Field when the TinCaps host the West Michigan Whitecaps (Detroit Tigers) at 7:05 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the TinCaps would like to show their appreciation on their sleeves &#8211; literally. You may remember back in July the team asked fans to &#8220;like&#8221; or comment on a post on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/tincaps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fort Wayne TinCaps Facebook page<\/a> requesting to have their picture put on special BIG FUN jerseys for Fan Appreciation Night. Yes, photos of fans will be on the jerseys the TinCaps wear that night. The jerseys also say &#8220;BIG FUN&#8221; across the front instead of the usual &#8220;TinCaps.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.milb.com\/fort-wayne\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Box Score<\/a>. (<em>Please note: Images were screened for appropriateness. Some photos were not included due to copyright infringement<\/em>.)<\/p>\n<p>Through 64 home games at Parkview Field in 2014, the TinCaps have drawn 374,351 fans and are on pace to have their largest regular season attendance total ever. With an average attendance of 5,849 this season, Fort Wayne has outdrawn 13 of 30 Triple-A franchises and 26 of 30 Double-A clubs.
