The Board of Public Works approved the emergency repair work, earlier this week, and the new pipe is being installed under Lima Road near Norfolk Avenue. <\/p>\n<p>The City and INDOT often partner on projects and cooperatively look for ways to reduce costs. The pipe installation is expected to be completed by the end of next week at which time the Lima construction project will continue. <\/p>\n<p>E&amp;B Paving is the prime contractor and Land Construction will replace the sewer pipe.  The pipe and installation is funded by sewer utility funds.
