The awards are based on patients&#8217; perception of care and were presented to Parkview Health leaders at the PRC Excellence in Healthcare Conference in St. Louis.<\/p>\n<p>2014 Excellence in Healthcare\/Patient Perception Awards<br \/>\n<strong>5-Star Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parkview Regional Medical Center: Cardiovascular, Cath Lab, Inpatient Services, Outpatient Services, Oncology, Family Birthing Center, Medical 6<\/li>\n<li>Parkview Huntington Hospital: Inpatient Services, Outpatient Services, Outpatient Therapy Services<\/li>\n<li>Parkview LaGrange Hospital: Inpatient Services, Lab<\/li>\n<li>Parkview Noble Hospital: Outpatient Services<\/li>\n<li>Parkview Ortho Hospital: Inpatient Services, Orthopedics<\/li>\n<li>Parkview Whitley Hospital: Inpatient Services<\/li>\n<li>Parkview Premier Surgery Center: Outpatient Surgery Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4-Star Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parkview Regional Medical Center: Emergency Department, Inpatient Services<\/li>\n<li>Parkview Hospital: Emergency Department, Outpatient Services<\/li>\n<li>Parkview Huntington Hospital: Inpatient Services<\/li>\n<li>Parkview LaGrange Hospital: Emergency Department, Outpatient Services, Inpatient Services<\/li>\n<li>Parkview Noble Hospital: Emergency Department, Inpatient Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Five-star award winners scored in the top 10% in the PRC national client database for 2013. These awards are based on the percentage of patients who rate the facility, healthcare provider, outpatient service line, or inpatient unit &#8220;Excellent&#8221; for the Overall Quality of Care provided. Four-star award winners scored in the top 25%.
