Since then, company officials were able to determine that the damage caused by the fire was minor and will not affect Fort Wayne Metals&#8217; production capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The damage is contained to one tank and one vent hood,&#8221; states Jeremy Rohrs, Director of Operations at Fort Wayne Metals. &#8220;We have redundancies built into virtually every part of our production process, so we were able to switch production to another tank. Nobody was hurt, our building did not sustain any structural damage, and our material in inventory was not affected. We take safety seriously, and we have containment programs and notification processes in place.
