Carroll High School to film schoolwide Lip Dub video<\/strong>
\n2,250 students and staff members will be involved<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

(April 28, 2014) – Lip Dub videos are sweeping the country as a creative way to highlight what schools offer in a fun and crazy way. Students lip-sync to a song, while walking backward in front of a camera, while students are going wild on either side of the camera. These students that line the halls on either side are representing their sport, group, extra-curricular activity, or academic program.<\/p>\n

The goal of the CHS Lip Dub is to reveal the large number of opportunities that Carroll has to offer in an interesting way. The video will emphasize student involvement, opportunities, school spirit, teachers, facilities, and fun.<\/p>\n

The video has been in preproduction for about 5 months. Carroll’s Radio and Television 2 students have been hard at work planning how to organize and position over 2,100 students and 150 staff in the best location along a path through the school.<\/p>\n

With the exception of an underwater scene, and a grand finale in the field house, the 18 minute video will be one consecutive shot, choreographed and timed out for one take.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
