The contract completion date is July 2014.<\/p>\n<p>INDOT would like to give special recognition and thanks to the contractor, subcontractors, Allen County and INDOT&#8217;s project supervisors and crew, who worked extra hours to allow this project to open to traffic earlier than anticipated this year.  The early opening of this intersection is attributed to the cooperative effort amongst all these parties, and will allow motorists to use Union Chapel and Auburn Roads during the winter months until construction can resume.<\/p>\n<p>INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone.
