AEP\/Indiana Michigan Power is handling the work under permit by INDOT.  The intermittent restrictions will take place between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. nightly, weather permitting.  Motorists should watch for arrowboards and barrels to direct traffic.  The work is expected to be complete by mid-January 2014.<\/p>\n<p>INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone.
