Date\/Time of Incident<\/strong>: June 1, 2013 at 11:01 p.m.<\/p>\n

Location of Incident<\/strong>: West Packard at South Wayne Avenue.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Deceased<\/strong>: Jaquese N. Dandridge, male\/age18, Fort Wayne<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Arrested<\/strong>: Juvenile male, age 16;<\/p>\n

Charge(s)<\/strong>: 1. Attempted Armed Robbery and 2. Battery<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

(June 3, 2013) – During the course of the investigation, information was obtained as to the identity of the second robbery suspect who fled the scene at West Packard Avenue and South Wayne Avenue. He was taken into custody by Fort Wayne Police without incident late yesterday evening and transported to the Allen County Juvenile Center on charges of attempted armed robbery, and battery. Since the arrested is a juvenile, his identity is exempt from disclosure at this time.<\/p>\n

The weapon that Dandridge was in possession of was discovered to be an airsoft-type handgun. <\/p>\n

This incident remains under investigation with the City of Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and the Allen County Coroner’s Office. There is nothing further at this time.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
