Rd. at W. Hamilton Rd.<\/li>\n<li>Parrot Rd. between Hartzell Rd. &amp; Riverhaven<\/li>\n<li>Ellison Rd. between Liberty Mills Rd &amp; Branstrator Rd.<\/li>\n<li>Branstrator Rd. between Lwr. Huntington Rd. &amp; Yohne Rd.<\/li>\n<li>Wallen Rd. between Huguenard Rd. &amp; Han Auer Rd.<\/li>\n<li>Vandolah Rd.<\/li>\n<li>Tonkel Rd.<\/li>\n<li>Carroll Rd. west of Hand Rd.<\/li>\n<li>Bass Rd. west of Hadley Rd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> OPEN BUT WITH HIGH WATER WARNING SIGNS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ferguson Rd. between Thiele Rd. &amp; Winchester Rd.<\/li>\n<li>Monroeville Rd. near Trentman Rd.<\/li>\n<li>W. Hamilton Rd. between Bass Rd. &amp; SR 14<\/li>\n<li>Ferguson Rd. between Bluffton Rd. &amp; Thiele Rd.<\/li>\n<li>High Water &#8211; Eggeman Rd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The highway department reminds motorists that if they encounter a flooded roadway, be sure to &#8220;Turn Around, Don&#8217;t Drown.&#8221; According to the National Weather Service, most flash flooding deaths are vehicle related. Six inches of standing water is enough to cause passenger cars to stall and a foot of water will float many vehicles.
