\nLocation of Incident<\/strong>: 3300 South Hanna
\nVictim<\/strong>: Marcus Q. Bibbs, age 19, Fort Wayne<\/p>\n

(March 30, 2013) – On Saturday March 30,2013 at approximately 1:34 PM officers were responding to the 800 block of Drexel in reference to a problem unknown. While officers were responding to the scene, additional calls came into 911 dispatch advising that a male had been shot in the 3300 block of South Hanna. As paramedics and officers arrived on the scene, they located a male adult victim suffering from apparant gunshot wounds. The victim was located in the 3300 block of South Hanna. Paramedics provided medical attention to the victim before transporting him to a local hospital in critical condition.<\/p>\n

Investigators believe that the victim was walking on the sidewalk in the 3300 block of Hanna when the suspect who was described as a male wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt ran from between houses and began shooting at the victim. The suspect ran from the scene in an unknown direction of travel. <\/p>\n

This incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, and the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
