WITH TEMPERATURES  HOVERING NEAR TO JUST BELOW FREEZING&#8230;RAPID ICE ACCUMULATION  ON UNTREATED ROADS WITH AN ICY MIX OF SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.  DRIVING CONDITIONS ON ANY UNTREATED SURFACES MAY RAPIDLY DETERIORATE. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION THIS MORNING ACROSS NORTHERN INDIANA AND NORTHWEST OHIO.
